All our staff will be put through a comprehensive induction, this can be tailor made to suit all potential clients, ensuring all colleagues follow a thorough process in order for Essential Staffing to ensure we are in line with all the guidelines set out by the GLAA.
Inductions will include:
- Face to face personal interviews for all candidates
- Previous past work experience on new employees
- Medical health clearance checks
